Sherlocked is an event and escape room concept centered around mystery, puzzles, and adventure, often inspired by the world of Sherlock Holmes. Located in the heart of Amsterdam, it offers a unique experience where participants work together to solve riddles, uncover hidden clues, and complete challenging missions within a set timeframe.
For this campaign, a new innovative experience was developed in collaboration with Sherlocked, to guide
participants through athrilling mysteryquest across Amsterdam, lead by a chatbot. Designed to be both
engaging and interactive, the chatbot acts as a digital detective partner, providing clues, posing
challenges, and revealing pieces of the larger puzzle as players navigate the city.

Atlantis Protocol is a story about the city of Amsterdam being built on wooden poles, because the surface was made out of clay so it wouldn’t sink. In this story we have an alchemist who’s part of the society of the crossed keys which is a secret organization for what Sherlocked is a front. The high ranked member of this organization Mary Sidney, who has her office in the Beurs van Berlage (Sherlocked Headquarters), placed a device on these poles to make sure that Amsterdam could be sunk at any time. Back in the day Amsterdam was under attack from all kinds of sides, for example the Spaniards and Englishmen. That is why a device was placed on these poles to sink the city into the sea. Mary built the machine in a way that in case she wouldn’t be able to add a potion to the devices, it still would go off. So every year she would check them to make sure they were safe, unfortunately she disappeared and she is nowhere to be found. Mary is pretty smart so she created a breadcrumb track so the smartest and brightest people could find the machine and the potion.
Atlantis Protocol tells the story of alchemist Mary Sidney and the race against time to prevent the downfall of Amsterdam. In the 17th century, the Netherlands was under constant attack, prompting Mary to design a defense system aimed at preveting annexation. She installed a device on the wooden poles supporting Amsterdam to ensure the city could be sunk into the sea at any given moment. Every year, she inspected the devices to ensure the system remained safe, passing this responsibility down through her family for generations. Tragically, her great-great-great-granddaughter, who was tasked with maintaining the devices, has disappeared, causing the system to activate. Fortunately, Mary Sidney was exceptionally clever and left behind a breadcrumb trail for the brightest minds to follow, ensuring they could deliver the antidote to the machine before it’s too late...

With these documents in hand, Noa becomes an invaluable guide, helping the teams navigate the complex riddles and challenges ahead. Noa’s knowledge and insights will be crucial to successfully completing the quest and ultimately saving Amsterdam.
